Board Meeting – Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 8:00 A.M.

FOX network is sporadically broadcasting a message on FPU analog (not digital) channels stating that customers will no longer have access to the channels. The message could last up to 30 minutes and audio will continue during that time. FPU is waiting for equipment from the network to resolve this issue.

FPU is continuing to provide internet and VoIP phone service. As grant funds become available, we are diligently working to expand broadband further into the community.

Effective December 31, 2020, we stopped accepting new cable television customers only. Our current cable customers, including those who change addresses within our existing cable television service area, will continue to receive FPU’s cable television. We will continue to evaluate these services to offer the lowest rates possible to our customers.
If you received a packet regarding broadband internet service availability at your home as part of the Southwest Lincoln County Expansion and have not submitted a Letter of Interest, please call customer service at 931-433-1522 or send an email to customerservice@fpu-tn.com.
